The Finance Executive Council (FINEC) is comprised of the Chief Financial Officers of each 69ÀÖÔ° institution and other invited financial officers at 69ÀÖÔ°. It is chaired by the Senior Advisor to the Chancellor for Financial Affairs. The Council’s mission is advisory to the Administrative Board (the Chancellor and the Presidents), and is charged to consider, decide and/or recommend on strategic and operationally significant financial matters, according to the policies and processes of 69ÀÖÔ°.
