- Fitness Reimbursement
All 2025 fitness reimbursements must have been submitted to Cigna by 3/31/2026. Check processing for reimbursement may take up to 10 weeks.
Download and complete the Fitness Reimbursement Form and submit it with your paid receipt(s) to Cigna. Completed fitness reimbursement forms should be emailed to: 69ÀÖÔ°Fitness@cignahealthcare.com
